This was a 31lb gord. I decided to paint it for Halloween. I'm really hoping it will just dry out and get hard rather than disolve like pumpkins do.

Cute gourd!! I think I read somewhere that you are supposed to drill some holes in the bottom of it so it will dry out. Might want to check on that. It would be a shame for it to melt!!!
